We value your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item under the following conditions:
Return Period
You can request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

For hygiene reasons, opened or personal care items cannot be returned.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
Shipping Costs

If the product is defective or incorrectly sent, we will cover the return shipping costs.
